All models, actors, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on FanKeep were over the age of 18 years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

FanKeep is a platform that hosts content uploaded by independent creators. With respect to visual depictions to which 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and/or § 2257A apply, records required by those sections are maintained by the respective content producers (the creators) and, where FanKeep acts as a record-keeper, by the Custodian of Records below. FanKeep requires each creator to complete identity and age verification and to provide documented consent and age records for every person appearing in adult content before publication.

Exemption note
